Founded in 1986, in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, Edlen manufactures and exports Specialty Food and Industrial Chemicals.

In answer to the Baking Industry’s long struggle to replace Potassium Bromate as an oxidizer, and to make the perfect bread, Edlen created EDC-95, a liquid like dough conditioner; and EDC-2000, a free flowing powder dough conditioner, both, when used in combination guarantee the baker the best possible products.

Our mission therefore is to show the flour mills and bakeries the secret to successful baking business. When you have to work with just the available flour, depend solely on EDC to guarantee your products greater volume, stronger sidewalls, good texture, good eating quality and longer shelf life
