EDC-95 Liquid is enzymes and its concentrate used in food processing. Polyglyerate 60 is a soft, liquid-like material at room temperature that is readily dispersible in water.

This 100% active material is an exceptional dough strengthener that is often blended with EDC-2000 to enhance overall performance in bread, rolls, and sweet goods. It is particularly used in grain and variety breads to restore lost volume. Kosher certification is available.

RECOMMENDED USAGE:

EDC-95 is recommended for use at levels not to exceed 500 gm per 100 kg of flour In white breads, rolls, variety and grain breads usage should range from 250 to 500 gm.

PACKAGING & STORAGE:

EDC-95 is packaged in mini steel drums 40 lbs. (18.15 kg) net weight. It should be stored at ambient temperatures, avoiding extremes. If product has solidified due to cold temperature, warm using a drum heater to return to liquid state.

GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS:

EDC-95 is limited to a maximum of 0.50% based on the flour alone or in combination with other conditioners such as Sodium Sterol Lactylate, Calcium Sterol Lactylate, Succinylated Monoglyercides, and Polysorbate 60. It is classified under the FDA act: CFR21, 136.110.
